Server Icon

A custom server icon is shown next to your server in the Minecraft multiplayer list.

Serverlist

Before uploading the icon, make sure the image matches these requirements:

  • The image must be a PNG file.
  • The image size must be exactly 64x64 pixels.
  • The file name must be server-icon.png.

Open your server panel at gp.allay-hosting.com. If you do not have one yet, you can purchase your server with any configuration at https://allay-hosting.com/game.

Go to the Files tab and make sure you are in the main server directory.
This is the same directory where files like server.jar and server.properties are located.

Upload your prepared PNG image into this directory.

If the uploaded file has a different name, rename it to server-icon.png.
The name must be lowercase and must include the .png file extension.

Restart your server from the Console tab. After the restart, the icon should appear in the Minecraft multiplayer server list.

If the icon does not appear, check the following:

  • The file is named exactly server-icon.png.
  • The file is in the main server directory, not inside a subfolder.
  • The image is exactly 64x64 pixels.
  • The file is a real PNG image and not a renamed JPG or WebP file.
  • Your Minecraft client has refreshed the server list.
  • If you are using a proxy (like Velocity), ensure that the icon is uploaded there, not on the backend.
